Smooth process, good product, minor shipping note

I placed an order for their Red Blend and a couple of wine openers. The website was straightforward to navigate, and the checkout process was quick. I received an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping notification with tracking within 24 hours. The package arrived well-packed, and everything was intact. The Red Blend itself was quite enjoyable for the price point, definitely a good everyday wine. My only minor comment is that the shipping took exactly the 5 business days they estimated, not faster like some other places, but it wasn't late either. Their customer service also answered a question I had about delivery signatures really promptly when I used their contact form before ordering. Happy with the purchase, and it's nice knowing part of it goes to help animals.

Easy to order, good cause

Got some of their Pinot Noir and a hat last week. It was super easy to pick out what I wanted on their site, no fuss. The wine got here in about 4 days, which was pretty good. Liked that they give money to dog rescues; makes me feel better about buying wine, ha. Overall, a smooth experience.

Always reliable, great wine

I've ordered from Rescue Dog Wines a few times now, and they're always consistent. This last order, for a mixed case, was no exception. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Rosé arrived safely, just like my previous orders. Delivery was quick, even a day earlier than expected. Good to know I can count on them for quality wine that supports a good cause.

thinking about getting the wine club membership, is it actually worth it? like, do you save a decent amount?

N Nick 2 months ago
Oh for sure! I save like 20% on all my orders and you get free shipping on most of them too. It adds up.

I think it's worth it just for the consistent discount and not having to hunt for codes. Plus you get exclusive stuff sometimes.

hey, trying to figure out shipping to NYC. how long does it usually take to get wine delivered there?

R Rachel Brooks 2 months ago
Mine took about a week to get to me in Brooklyn, maybe a little less. Just depends on when you order I guess.

yeah it's usually 5-7 business days for me on the east coast. they ship pretty quick after you order though.

do they require a signature when they deliver the wine? trying to plan if I need to be home.

R Rachel Z. 2 months ago
Yep, gotta be 21+ and sign for it. I usually send it to my office.

My delivery person always asks for a signature, gotta be an adult to accept it.

is there any way to get free shipping without joining the club? like if I buy a certain number of bottles?

R Raj Vargas 3 months ago
Yeah, if you buy 6 bottles or more, shipping is free. It just applies automatically.

I always just make sure to hit that 6-bottle mark. Easy way to avoid shipping fees.

how does Rescue Dog Wines compare to something like One Hope Wine? same vibe with the charity stuff?

P Priya B. 3 months ago
Similar vibe with the charity, but I think Rescue Dog Wines gives a higher percentage, like half their profits. And their wines are really good, not just for the cause.

I've tried both. Rescue Dog Wines definitely tastes better to me personally, and I like that they're all about dog rescues specifically. The sustainable farming is a plus too.
